nice little read on Wade's player development as an assistant at VCU.
it doesn't mention his conditioning tactics, but we all know that he likes to run. Big Elbert is going to have to shed some of that big 300 lb frame.

Ya go look at the players' Twitter they are all bashing the hell out of him. Kinda sad how classless it is calling him fake when they are the one talking shite on him.

The guy is getting a nice raise, and LSU is a better job. I don't think players would cal l Wade fake if he were a huge success here, and a blue blood came in and doubled his pay. that's just business
