I was interning for ESPN during that Tennessee game. Was "protecting" Student Section camera...I told the guy..they are about to swarm the field and he was like just make sure the camera doesnt fall haha. I was also at Alabama when Ro and Reed set the passing and receiving records....Had a Speech Class with Ro...was always very polite, quiet and just an overall class act!

i know this thread is about rohan but wasn't josh reed like the most open WR in LSU history?
he was just amazing without the ball. (and then with it)

If LSU got the ball last then you always knew Rohan was going to do something good with it.
Rohan was one of those players that you didn't want to give him one last shot at beating you cause he could pull it off.
Loved his throwing motion too. Right over the top like he's dropping the hammer on em.

One of my favorites, played with so much heart, felt he would make it in pros, but New England was not good place for him...

Rohan Davey pass complete to Josh Reed
Is among the most amazing relationships I've ever seen in football. I NEVER doubted their ability to get the first down.

Davey may be the gutsiest performer in the annals of LSU football. He and Y.A. Tittle would run a close race IMO. The thing that made the 2000 upset of UT so amazing was that it came on the heels of that horrendous loss to UAB. Just when fans were thinking, ho hell we got Curley Hallman II going here, there came the big time performance. The program has ebbed and flowed a bit but never really looked back since that amazing night.

Man could we use a Rohan Davey now.

The game that changed the direction of LSU football. The game that began the rise of Nick Saban.

The lasting image of Rohan in my head is Rohan doing kind of a hula dance to try to shake a DL loose while keeping his eyes downfield but waving the football around just barely missing several hands of other defenders. He eventually finds his open WR (Prob Reed) for a big gain.
Rohan My favorite tiger QB by FAR!!!

Everytime I hear 3rd and 25 I think of Anthony Jennings.

3rd and 21, sounds like a situation when JJ/AJ would take a sack
