i don't know specifics but i tihnk anyone who watches the games realizes a change needs to be made.

And how many coaches can win 10 games a season like Les?

at LSU with the current resources it has and the access to recruits?

probably a good bit.

this is not the same job it was 20 years ago.

which is what many of our fans who are still shell shocked from hallman and dinardo refuse to believe.

but like i said i think most people are justified in being angry about the offense and putting leslie's feet to the fire on it.

Thing is most fans aren't asking for an offense like Oregon or Texas Tech. We want a capable balanced offense. I hear " look how great the '11 offense was" all the time on here. The idiots who keep proclaiming this are clueless about football. We had an incredible defense that not only prevented teams from driving the ball but forced turnovers and scored quite a bit. The offense benefitted from short fields and worn out defenses.

Florida and Clemson are perfect examples of our offense greatly hurting our chances to win.

The LSU football program has never been more successful than it has in the past 8 yrs under the direction of LM, complaints bout the O or not.

If you think his feet are feeling some kinda "fire", I don't know what to tell you.

But a recent 7 yr contract at bout 5 mil a yr should tell you volumes bout how far from the fire his feet have been placed by the powers that be at LSU.

I have spent years reading how LSU needs to lose this guy or fire this guy or sign this guy or do this or do that. Enough. I have snapped. I am done reading about this crap.

LSU has won 133 games since 2000 which is only behind Boise State and Oklahoma in that same span. Florida and Georgia are next in the SEC with 126 while Alabama has 93.

We have won two National Championships, 4 SEC Titles, and 6 SEC West titles. Nick Saban was a good coach with LSU, no doubt about it but we have let ourselves become infatuated with comparing Les and Nick. And we will until the end of time. But if you remove Nick Saban from this process, Les is a great coach. He wins games.

Stop being so flipping negative about this team and all the players leaving or all the bad coaching calls made or all the times we didn't beat Nick Saban. Things will turn around, promise. We just have to move on.

Everyone claims we could be the champions with this team if we had a different coach. Who? Who would have been better than Les and don't say Nick Saban. Think about it. Who? Start naming guys that would have been able to step in this season and out coach Les Miles. I will wait.

Last but not least, we should be fricking proud of these guys and all they have accomplished in the past 13 years instead of finding all the negative crap and arguing over it. We lost to Clemson, yep, that happened. But you could see, and it should be apparent now that everyone is declaring, that the Clemson game was their National Championship but it was our try out tape for the NFL. All those players were playing selfish and didn't care about the score, just their own game. And who can blame them? It was the Chic-Fil-A Bowl, not the Sugar Bowl or something worth caring about.

Bottom line, I am damn proud to be here talking about the LSU Tigers and how dominate we have been in the past 13 years, damn proud.

Les said it best, "And if you see them, go give them a big kiss on the lips, if you're a girl."
