What does it say that our last two coaches will probably never be a head coach at another school after leaving LSU?

Our athletic administration upsets me.

LSU lost with 2 of the best coordinators running the show. I think they would have lost on Saturday even if Bill Belichick was the head coach.

I don't know maybe it's just me but I like when a HC can step in and make adjustments for his coordinators when running the show isn't going too good for them. But that's just me.

I thought Miles was fired because he wouldn't let his OC do his job !!!

With the way things look in this conference at the moment. Les will atleast be put on someones list.

With that being said, LSU would have to got something crazy like 4-8 ot 5-7 for Coach O to get the boot.

How do you know Matt Canada is a good coordinator? 2 good seasons out of 11?

i know no one want to beleiev it but miles being 63 is a huge factor.

sporttiger looked it up last week. the average age of a p5 coach is 44 years old.

yes his refusal to change his offense is another factor

Dinardo is exactly 1 year older than Les. He was fired at age 47. Les would have 100% gotten another job if he was 47 when he was fired.

The only thing that possibly keeps this from happening is just how fricking terrible the rest of the SEC (other than Bama) is, but it's not out of the question that we still only win 5 games.

Miles meddled too much. There needs to be a balance, it doesn't have to be all or nothing lol. You think Saban, Meyer, and other good coaches don't step in and right the ship if it's sinking??

bullshite. He is getting fricking PAID a ton of money to fricking ensure that these KIDS play better than this. That is his ONLY fricking job. To make SURE these players are PREPARED for whatever challenge they face. He failed miserably at his JOB Saturday night.

Bad performance by the lines or bad personnel doesn't fall on the coaches?

only up to a point...
players need to use their heads as well, not to mention the reality that 3 penalties should not have been called...
Penalties LSU 9-112 MSU 5-49
take away the 3 ???
