Exactly. If we beat Ole Miss and we both end the year 7-1 in conference, we're more than likely going to Atlanta. Win there and we're definitely in the playoffs.

well good thing espns sec standings are meaningless. all that matters is who meets in atl which espn doesnt decide.

If we win, we stay on top. That is the important detail. If we win, there is nothing ESPN can do but join the Tiger Train to the playoffs.

If LSU loses one game and does not win the SEC West this could hurt our chances for a 4th spot or a 2nd SEC team in the final 4 BCS series.
Total wins could sway the selection.
It should not but wins are wins.
