Escaping from Tiger Stadium?

We don't want to leave early for any reason. Where do you go that late at night to hand out until the traffic dies down. How late does a 70 year old man leave the game in reasonable traffic to get to his hotel 25 miles away. I want to make sure pops is safe on this drive to hotel.

Highland is usually the quickest for me. I always park in the field by the school. One year we went down Nicholson and it took twice as long easily.
