Enough Les talk, GEAUX Tiger basketball

I have been entirely too invested in the coaching issues within the LSU football program. I am not giving up on the team, just the noise surrounding it.
With that said, I am going to pay more attention to LSU basketball letting the chips fall where they may with Les.
What are the latest hot buttons on the court as we wait for the upcoming South Alabama game?

I tell y'all what. If we win the championship this year, I'd be willing to lose to Bama in football for 5 MORE years.

That is exactly my position. The team has been making incremental progress over the last few years. I am looking forward to the next steps to come.

I agree with you, but when I was young and played sports, I simply focused on next up. For me, that was football, basketball and then baseball. I am not discounting the other sports, I just don't seem to have the time to get up to my neck in them.

If we won the championship this year, I would literally not even think about any other sport for the next 3 years. I've put off job opportunities solely for this basketball season. I'm flying up to NYC for the games. I joined the tipoff club...I'm not sure I could be any more committed.

Yea, I've been giving every bit of my energy to LSU basketball for a while now, in hopes that one day we could have a team like this.

I'm with ya. I love LSU football, but I would trade our football success for basketball success in a heartbeat. Basketball has always been my favorite sport and LSU has been my only team. I've seen championships everywhere but LSU basketball in my lifetime. I hope to see one there too soon.

I wouldn't go that far.
Ben Simmons looks like the real deal.
We are a MUCH better team than last year.
We could have used Jordan Mickey on this team.
Our defense looks a little weak, but we can get up and down the court.
Can't wait to see what we look like with Hornsby and Victor in the mix as well.
