Dean was ad when they hired miles, right? Bertman didn't become ad until after the 2001 baseball season.

Yeah Dean was AD when they hired Saban but Emmert got Saban hired.

Bertman fired Smoke and hired Mainieri but he hired Les and got us into a 10 year home and home boondoggle with Tulane so he was a pretty mixed bag at AD.
