This hire happened so quickly that nobody had a chance to say "my sources" and "done deal".
After the debacle in November with Miles, it was great to see who the hire was AFTER it was done

Last year DC hire was Les being handcuffed by Admin. and Steele was a settle hire.
The admin have no leverage after the Nov debacle and Les now had free reign to make whatever hire he deemed fit.
This is by far the best handled situation in quite sometime.....and it's because of 1 thing......EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE.
