It is a running joke, and 70-80% of the time it is toungue-in-cheek. The other times it is either paranoid or warranted. The only difference between LSU and the other schools who claim this, is the rant is THE college football bulletin board and the running joke part, which makes is seem so much more paranoid than it really is
