Eastern Michigan Offense

So many threads about Eastern Michigans piss poor Defense, so I thought I would look at their Offense a little.
Keeping in mind they have played bottom of the barrel teams that have a current combined record of 5-11 with their lone win against a 0-4 Wyoming, but they have put up points and yards.
First year starter QB #4 Roback is 73 of 119 for 877 yards on the season with 5TDs to 4INTs. He seems to have decent pocket presence but is not a known runner with only 12 rushing attempts on the year
BellCow RB Darius Jackson at 6' 210lbs is listed with a 4.65 40 but on film seems to be a touch faster than that. He reminds me of Spencer Ware, what he lacks in speed he makes up for in physicality. 59 rushes for 407 yards (6.9 per carry) with 7 TDs. His line has been good enough to open holes for him against lesser opponents, don't see it happening for him this weekend.
Jackson was recruited at an Athlete, he has the ability to throw the ball, but has yet to in college.
He is the 3rd leading receiver on the team
#87 Daugherty (5'7 157) 13/255/2TDs
#3 Creel (6'2 202) 17/196/2TDs
#6 Jackson (6'0 210) 12/171/1TD
#8 Strange (5'11 185) 13/161/1TD
And 5 other receivers with 3 or more catches with a TE having 7 catches. This shows that Roback can read through progressions and spread the ball around.
As a team they are the #53 offense with 435.5 yards per game and 17 offensive TDs, but have yet to face a defense ranked higher than Old Dominion at #86 (#94 Wyo, #90 Army and #112 Ball St) all allowing over 410 yards per game.
Its no question they are out matched, this is just a little knowledge about the up coming opponent.
52-10
BTW, whats up with their home field?

well this is not good for EM
it always seems the lesser teams that give LSU fits are the ones with a really mobile QB

There can't be too many FBS schools with a track around their home field. Duke used to have one, but finally got rid of it this year. Can't think of any others.

As I recall Washington had a track around their field when LSU played them in 2009. They renovated their facilities after the game and got rid of the track.
