He was better but far from perfect. I am afraid he is just too afraid of contact. But he did improve, so I do have hope. Fingers crossed that he continues to improve.

He looked better, much tougher. But don't expect this board to give him credit.

He HAS to stop dropping balls that hit him perfectly! He's a WR. He is not better than any other guy on our team if he drops 20% of the balls.

The board isn't hard on him, it's honest about him. Big difference.

Maybe he and Etling should cross-train on all contact related matters.

Way to afraid of contact. He is great for a fade route near the end zone but not much else I am afraid......

He still dropped one that hit him in both hands. Perfectly placed ball. Can't give him a pass on these anymore

No LSU needs to just quit running this play for a while I'm afraid. The play calling had a lot to do with his drops. Put these guys in better positions to succeed and they probably will. He does need to forget he was a 5* and just play ball though. That's means nothing to me if you can't play ball when you are needed. It also proves that you simply need hard workers on the field not just 5* players. You need confident players and tough hard nosed guys. I think Ed is the best at getting these guys in our program so we can't lose him even if we go another way he should get a raise imo. Pay our assistants a little less then Miles was and pay the guys who deserve that pay like Aranda and Orgeron. He needs to stay on this team.

Yes. But still has fundamental issues with his hands prior to reception. Needs to narrow more, and more consistently

He caught the ball and didn't need a couple of drops before he did.

That's improvement to me!

I couldn't tell if he was looking to run before catching it or if he was hearing the safety's footsteps
