He is a quality young man with a want to succeed in the classroom and his academics will return to health in the Fall.

CLM's conference did not give off the tone of someone who was pissed enough to leave to kid in the doghouse, but more like encouragement and understanding him finding his balance.

This just about has to mean he dropped below 12 hours.
