Put the top down and soak up the sunshine...

I'M IN!

Brake-pumpers, tell me who's playing better than this LSU team since league play started?

Have you not watched and JJ teams while at LSU. Big wins then inexplicable losses. IF LSU can maintain the level of play they played with these last two games then sure they can win the SEC but I want to see LSU consistently play at that level which we really havent seen under Jones.

Huge game at the Gators Sat. I said we had to go 2-1 in this stretch, well 3-0 would really make a lot of people believe in this team.

We have played 2 of 18 games. I think JJ has a lot of relatives up in these threads. No one is against him...but no one is buying in just yet either...well, no one half way intelligent I should say. Nothing in jjs past indicates he can maintain this, so until he proves he can I'll remain cautiously optimistic.

I hope it is the mindset. We gotta keep just knocking off games and wins and get closer and closer to tourney talk. Starting off something like 8-2 or so would be big

Well you have to admit the team has looked more organized and better prepared. I think he was saving the secret playbook for SEC play.

I really like playing a team like Florida next. We know it's a big game on the road, so we won't have a let down after a huge win.

If we play defense like we have the last two games, we will compete even when the threes are not falling. Simmons and Victor don low, and drives to the basket by guards will keep us in games.

I'm thinking final four, elite 8 at the very worst.

I hope you are right, but it is a long season. February in Basketball is the November of Football. We aren't even done with the first week of January.

What is the word on Epps turning his ankle? Would love to see him out there more shooting the threes. Great stroke.

Need to keep the intensity going and also avoid injuries. The latter is a greater problem for most basketball teams throughout league play.

ATM, Florida, at Kentucky and Oklahoma are all going to be huge tests.

Biggest BB win in several years. Beating the Wildcats in BB is akin to football beating the inbred gumps in football. Great start keep it up TIGERS.

FOREVER LSU
