Don't be phased by Pitt run pass ratio.

I know hearing strong running game makes us cringe w last 6 years of Miles, however there couldn't be more of a difference between Miles two TE sets out of the I run up the middle and Canada's run plays. Canada uses diff sets and motion to disguise run direction.
Perfect fit IMO.

Good point and I'd like to add he mixes it up a lot more than we do.
You can guess run/pass plays on almost every down for LSU because they're too predictable.

I, for one, don't want to abandon the run. I don't think any of us want to get away from what LSU does best.
I just want them to be more creative and not be so simple, predictable, and one dimensional.

You are absolutely correct.
To add to your point, look at season passing yards and season rushing yards.
Pitt had 2757 yards rushing and 2613 yards passing.

Agreed. I would be concerned if we hired a coach who abandoned the run. TBH that is what LSU football is about. We just need a coach who knows when/how to throw the ball to compliment.
