Why would 28 people downvote this?
He's a premier player in college football.
1800 is absolutely doable.

You are a fool. We are winning lots of football games if Fournette rushes for 1800 yards. I think you are forgetting 2010 when 5 out of the 6 teams in the West finished ranked inside the top 15. Our passing game was shitty and with mostly just 1150 yards and 15 TDs from Ridley and 350 and 7 TDs from Jefferson in rushing, we won 11 games including a blowout against TAMU in the bowl game who finished 19th.

If Fournette rushes for 1800 yards, we win no less than 10 games.

1800 will be his total against Auburn, in a stiff dew.

Jeremy Hill's 2013 season is the 2nd greatest single season for a rb at lsu. His 6.9 ypc was a sec ypc record until Chubb broke it last season.

Both Gurley (7.41) and Chubb (7.06) broke that last year when they had game managers at best, at QB. I say Fournette does the same.

Oh, and people are sleeping on our passing game. As I've stated several times before, we have never had two consecutive bad years in passing under Miles. Expect to see Harris AND Jennings both to play much better.

For 1,800 yards, he'd need to average 120 a game. I don't see why it's not feasible if he stays healthy and realizes returning kicks is not in his best interest.

he'll have 2-3 200+ yards rushing games this season

That's for a 15 game season. ISWYDT

The only way he rushes for that many yards is if he averages 8+ yards
per carry. The reason we recruit top running backs and they almost always
do better than thought in the pros is that they are well coached and they aren't
over used.

I would prefer that we have 4 backs with over 500 yards each. That said I think Fournette
will get the most cariries and will end up with about 1200 yards

Bama gets higher rated backs that do less in the pros because they are over
used. The Bama back that has done the best is Lacy because he was the primary
ball carrier only one year and Yelden shared carries.

This make no sense. Fournette should get more carries if we're winning games (and our passing game is strong). Not fewer.

Actually no its not. LF is as big and a lot faster. Hill ran a 4.66 40. LF may beat the by .2.

Also, every single scouting and recruiting scout agree with me. JILL was never once touted as the next Adrian Peterson.

J HILL wasn't even a top 20 Rb recruit in 2011.let alone the #1 overall recruit that LF was.
Now if you want to talk production at lsu then yeah Hill gets the nod. But as far as pure talent, Hill isnt close.

Speed and size are gifts not talent. If Fournette does start seeing the holes and making the cuts better you're right it's not even close

I don't see it happening with Darrell Williams and the other guys in the stable. If LF returns kicks he'll be more prone to injury, too. We will pass the ball a lot more this year, as well.
Darrell Williams is too much truck not to get enough touches.

You know Miles likes to give the backups more carries during our cupcake games. LF is talented enough to get 1800 yards but he won't get the carries to get 1800.

Yes he will. We only have two experienced backs! And Fournette is clearly the most talented. Miles is a showman. He realizes the value in the attention from a Heisman run. He will give the ball to Fournette 20 to 25 times per game. He'll get 25 receptions for 300 yards, and he'll run back kickoffs.
