We hired a career .500 coach from the Sun Belt Conference, what the hell did we expect.
I'm not a fan of the O hire, but these hires really aren't comparable. O has at least had some success at the P5 level.

Two different sports. We should expect one bad season ever ten from football and one great season every ten in basketball. We're not finding the right coach.

Coach O spent time at Tennessee and USC. He has great people around him like Aranda and Canada.
I don't think there is much comparison (at this point) except they both wanted to coach here.
