Mett was a drop back passer these 2 aren't.

Even so we had 2 games to work on getting both of them and the passing game reps but we chose to work on our running game. The sunshine pumpers supported this philosophy and saw (or at least wouldn't ever openly admit it concerned them) it as the right thing to do.

It takes us getting down by 3 + scores before we abandon the power I form.

Hell Dak would have failed miserably in this offense as well.

On that 2 point conversion, jennings had quinn open if we would have hurried up and thrown the ball.

Yeah, there has to be a quick route to account for the rush, but Jennings seems a lil shy to pull the trigger quickly.

In his defense, (I suppose) receivers usually run hot routes when a blitz is obvious. Not sure if he has to call it out or they have to recognize it. Whatever the case, it didn't seem to be there last night, leaving him SOL.

Bottom line, Jennings doesn't have anything that Harris doesn't have, and Harris is the better passer. I'd rather sit through Harris' growing pains, knowing how much better he'll get than watch Jennings stare guys down and fail to improvise when needed.
