Does anyone use a generator quiet box at their tailgate

Quiet box works and super cheap to make with plywood.

If you already have a noisy generator you want to use. If not, get a quiet generator hide it around a car or something.

Same here. They put it behind a car which muffles it for them, but we hear it.
