Les is the HC. He is gonna do it his way. If LSUAD does not like it, they can fire Les and pay him $12 million over 3 years and pay his assistants several more millions of dollars.

Agree. Im assuming (kinda dreaming) that Alleva left the clause out because the type of year Les had. He gave Miles requirements and if they weren't met, he would be gone.
