Richt has never taken advantage of a weak sec east
0 nc title games
Been on hot seat for past few yeaes because he couldnt win the perceived big one.
34-31 vs too 25 teams going into this season.....

Les has at least shown he can get a team to a title game...richt not once did.

How lazy are some of you? From vtech comparisons to thinking richt and miles have same resume.

Richt had a few tough breaks too. A few more yards in SEC title game in 2012 and UGA is national champs. Also finished the 02 season with 1 loss and SEC title but two undefeated teams in the BCS.

Richt has been consistently mediocre, for a couple more years

Miles used to be good it seemed like but has gotten worse lately. It's concerning, but a different situation

Richt may have never played for a national title but he's in the hunt far more than Miles. He was in the hunt more recently than Miles and was in the hunt last time time LSU won a national title.

LSU is just more accepting of 3 and 4 loss seasons.

Yes they're comparable. Richt never had a season like 2011, but he did have some 2-loss seasons where he didn't get to play for a NC like Les did. He seems to have bad luck with injuries too.

Miles will gladly take over the Richt role now as the long tenured coach who does just enough to keep his job and does a lot of warm and fuzzy stuff to keep the retards on Facebook happy

Does Miles have a recruiting advantage in LA?

Miles is so nice. If I ever have a beer with him it'd be cool. So nice.

Richt had at least 3 loss in 11 of his 15 seasons.

Les haters are so unreasonable some times...

absolutely.... exactly the same. great guys, with tons of talent, mediocre coaches.

The admin decided 2 or 3 losses a year is acceptable. i get it. so be it. i get to relax and record the games this next year. no more stress!

It's slightly more complicated than that right? So they decide this is not acceptable and fire Les. then what? You do get that its possible they wouldn't get their 3rd or 4th choice even to replace Les.

Which means he probably averages 9 wins per season. You do know the East used to be the dominant division at one point. Nah you do not know that.
