It seems to me that we have come out in the 1st Quarter and played every game this year flat & uninspired.
If we have any leadership, who the heck is it?

Lack of scheme. I'm not going to blame the players for not stopping the run up the middle when we are in nickel D with both LBs shaded outside.

Ok, instead of heart, how about a lack of motivation?
The team seems consistently flat footed like they're going through the motions without any emotion. As well as a lack of gang tackling or down field blocking.
