Caught a lot using his body, doesnt seem like he can get out of press, and probably not a good blocker

Unless he's lined up in the back field and catches a pass in the left B gap, he won't have many opportunities to make plays

And why are you surprised?
Every year there is some guy who gets talked about during spring and fall camp like he's the next greatest thing ever.
Then the season rolls around and he never sees the field.
As common to the Les Miles era as wasted time outs.

i thought he'd at least see some return opportunities. he showed good "football speed" in his hs tape and seemed to field balls pretty cleanly.

Hard to believe he hasn't seen any PT with the aerial circus known as the LSU Offense, greatest show on turf.
