It'll be available on the "CHOICE" packages and above (per DTV on Twitter).

611 is the correct channel. I called them after the announcement to make sure I didn't have to add anything.

I notice that the release did not include Watch ESPN access for SEC Network. DTV continues to fall short in that department.

Thanks for posting the information Geauxmedic and kudos also to dallastiger who said this was going to happen and that was his story and he stuck to it. Definitely happy as I have been with Directv for a long time.

I hope the above is correct - I just talked to someone at DTV (about a service call) and she said it will be part of SportsPack and cost $10 per month….

This is incorrect. It will be treated like the Big 10 network and be on Choice. Big Ten is currently channel 614 and 615 for overflow games and SEC Network will be 611 and 612 for overflow games. Per DTV

So will this give me access to the SEC digital network as well? Thinking about baseball games. Assuming everything that was on geaux zone will be on the digital network now?
