After reading this board, I had thought the Bama arse-whipping was still ongoing.

Turns out it ended Saturday night! Imagine my shock!

-Leonard Fournette is still the best football player in America by a large margin

-LSU is still a top-10 team with a real shot at the playoff

-Arkansas is going to bear the brunt of our rage.

It's hard to focus on the next game when you're still feeling the effects of 1/9/12.

Roughly, how many decks do you swab per day?

I'm actually terrified of this game. I think we are under estimating the confidence Arky is playing with right now, plus our defense is not built to handle a downhill rushing attack. If Beckwidth and Debo try to arm tackle like we did against Henry, we could be in for a long night.

Good thing we're not playing

I'm sure this team knows exactly what Arkie is bringing on Saturday. They always play better once expectations aren't met and have a chance to ruin LSU's season.

I'm very intrigued by this game. These are the type of games that really test a teams character and soul. Can we get up and play well after a big let down? I personally think we win this one by 10-14 and we play the most complete game we have played all year.

I hope you're right - LSU always plays Arkansas close, whether we should annihilate them or not. It's always seemed like an afterthought type game (eg, last year's embarrassing loss), and they are always sky-high to play us. We'd better bring it.

The bama asswhipping is still ongoing. It's been ongoing daily since 1/9/12. Somewhere bama is whipping our arse at recruiting or building a facility or getting ahead in some way. And we're doing nothing.

We may need to worry. The strengths of both Arkansas and OM match up strong with LSU's weaknesses especially the Tiger defense, whose secondary has had issues with tackling and covering all season. Saban gave a clinic on how to stop LSU's offense. LSU should be able to handle A&M, but the next two weekends could be interesting.
