Did the staff discuss changes to Miles over last few years?

What was his response? I bet O tried to talk some sense into him on more than one occasion. Did Aleva talk to any assistant coaches before removing Miles?

Assistants form other schools were interviewed about other coaches and we had a direct quote from one saying "Les thought practice was for Arena ball plays but would never call them in a game." or something close to that. That tells you all you need to know.

I know for a fact the game plan was completely scrapped on 1/9...they didn't run hardly any of the shite they had practiced. Almost like JJ and LM were the same...both deer in headlights
