They've lost to the #1, #4, #5, and #25 teams in the country a year after winning 10 games and you question if it's a turnaround

Disappointing that some of you guys just wait for a loss to give a damn. This team is not top-5, top-10, or not even top-20 yet. But they are improving. They have a long way to go, but the potential is there.

Recruiting IS a very important part of if. It the most imortant part of coaching. She is not good defensively as you think. Who she BEGGED to help her this year is known throughout the coaching circles as an excellent coach especially on defense. Pokey could run circles around her not X and O and recruiting.End of discussion.

We've been good on defense Nikki's whole tenure not just this year. But why not just say Mickie Demoss instead of acting like it's some state secret that she hired her? Also it wasn't like Demoss was doing anything else thanks to little Summit summiting the wrong person.

This team is playing under considerably better circumstances than last year's team. The result has been improved play and improved record. That is, in itself, a positive.
I do not, however, sense the "turnaround" others do since it's apparent they cannot play with the elite teams just yet.
I said in another thread that today's game would give us another opportunity to gage this team. It did and it did not bode well for them.

Last year they could not play with anyone, thus the turnaround.
