Horrible coaching. He worried about who will play 1st in 10th? You have to get there first, Pawl. Deichman or anyone can play 1st, if needed. No clutch hitting and no chest. Starts with coaching. You half-arse coach mid-week games and it carries over

Mainieri lost the game by letting Romero bat with the bases load. I would have used Beau Jordon . Beau has a history of flying out to right field . We would have at least score the tying run
