yes, the vendors in new orleans were selling them on the street close to the dome (across from walkons) and I'm sure they were all in the stores on Bourbon. They are playing in the Sugar Bowl in NEW ORLEANS where things tend to have a cajun flavor. It's part of being in New Orleans, and absolutely NOTHING to do with LSU.

It's taking part in the culture of the location you travelled and a souvenir of the game with a new orleans flair.
