Did anyone else hear what Charlie's thoughts on cam were

On the post game radio show when asked about oc coaching change Charlie said ,
I don't like cam , don't like his résumé, don't think he's a good coach and said from the beginning he was a bad hire ....
Wow brutal , I can't disagree with him , just surprised he was so blunt ....,

This is what has people at the he boiling point.
I don't think Les calls plays. It is evident that the offense changes from Oc to Oc. If you have eyes and a functioning brain you can see the that.
The performance of the team is still on him.
Now, the AD fricked this season. Won't give the contracts, won't back your coach. With all the bs, hang Les out to dry to fend for himself?
This has been a shite show.

It is very obvious. They are all pulled from a style of offense that Les likes to run. He believes it to be effective and with 10 wins a season it is hard to argue.

He doesn't call the plays (except here and there like when we saw him with the play sheet at the goal line last week), but Charles said Crowton and Jimbo had issues with Les in regards to not letting them open things up the way they wanted to.
Miles has said a few times that "we're a predictable bunch" and I think he likes to line up and run certain plays over and over with physicality in hopes of wearing the D down. He likes the idea of letting them know what is coming and imposing our will on the D. This has been evident over multiple OCs. It works a good bit of the time, but he has been having big issues with that style when November comes around.

It looks like the OC designs the offense and the plays. Then the OC calls the play, and if Les doesn't like it he changes it, usually to a run. This also delays play calls, causing those delay of game calls.

no doubt les needs to open his mind up about changing the offense , lets hope for all of us he does the right thing and turn the offense over to someone who can do better .
