Deshaun Watson is what Harris was supposed to be right?

I'd love to see Brandon in a Clemson type offense

B Harris would kill it in almost any other offense but CLM's.

There's no stopping it when he's on. Beautiful thing to watch. Defense has no idea what's coming at them.

The dude can't throw a five yard pass, quit being delusional.

I was just coming to post this. It is really sad to see Harris flounder when he can run like Watson.

That mid-field run was a very well designed play and we will never see that type of play and execution with ole Elmer Fudd at the helm.

i don't know why this is down voted, but it's actually probably true. there needs to be more confidence and belief, and i believe it stems from the current culture here.

if LSU had deshaun watson, i don't believe he would have the same success..

clemson fans were telling us how we were both in the same situation.. we wanted harris the freshman and they wanted watson to start.. but both were staying with the more experienced guy.. even tho both were awful.. and both harris and watson have similar talents.

again, i really think it's hard for a quarterback to have success at LSU.. and it stems from the top's belief and ability to put them in the best position to succeed. it took mett a senior year with an NFL offense all around him to finally have 1 good quarterback season.

it's like our quarterbacks play as if they are walking on eggshells.. they are completely controlled.. not allowed to decipher for themselves.. and typically deathly afraid of a turnover because miles is so afraid of a turnover.. he wants to play it close, not turn it over, and try to win games at the end philosophy.. i would rather have our guys ball out to their abilities.. and if a turnover happens.. for our offense to have full confidence and ability to march the field and score to overcome it.

we need confidence at the position and in the offense.

BH may one day be a very good passer, but he 'll never be a great runner.

look at the way watson just hummed that ball down the field.

but the guy dropped it.

reminded me so much of harris

this was their 24/7 rankings. has them both at 96

He'd be a shell of a man after four years. Probably working at McDonalds through the McJobs program.

Did BH even run much this year, especially the 2nd half of the season?

I agree with the observation about him looking scared instead of going out and letting it rip

Watson can actually make short throws. BH really needs to work on that. It is amazing he is this far along as a QB and struggles at the short range stuff. If he gets that fixed then the ceiling is high.

Harris always looked more comfortable rolling out.
