If he wants to compete for a Heisman, he might. with all the great backs that have come through LSU in recent history, none were Heisman finalist. This can likely be contributed to them sharing time, and often leaving early for the draft.
SO, low mileage may be good for their NFL career, but hold them back achieving individual awards. Granted, individual awards do not pay the bills. (but could result in bigger money/higher draft pick.)
