He's being given the keys to a sedan(JD), while the sportscar is being(Nuss) kept in the garage unused.

Until BK, gives him the better car at QB ,this team isn't capable of winning many big races.

Or maybe the 5th year Sr. can’t work miracles with Denbrock’s offense and play calling.

I’d rather have nuss toss 3td and 1-2 ints a game than runnin daniels. Long passes would have opened up the running game. This game was classic Daniels. Short passes or 6 yard runs. The defense stacked up front. The rest is history

You’re declaring Nuss a sports car with a very small sample size… lmao. I’m afraid some fans might commit suicide if Nuss would be given a chance and completely lays an egg. What’s the next move after that? Smh…

Love how y’all blame denbrock but never the players for not executing lol. Bet denbrock looked like a fricking genius on that wheel route right?

How about when JD and Malik can’t get on the same page about back shoulder throws or comeback routes? How about JD hitting Lacy not once but twice in the chest but the soft arse hands of Lacy can’t catch? How about JD hitting BTJ in the hands but he got scared of the DB and dropped the ball? ALL big plays that the PLAYERS failed to execute.

Denbrock nor the players are going to be perfect. But denbrock can’t scheme every wr to get 5 yards of separation. This isn’t burrow chase and Jefferson. At some point the players have the figure it out

Denbrock doesn't have deep routes in his offensive scheme its hitches hooks comebacks and Mason taylor in the flats. That's it. No under the center nothing very very very vanilla

Deep routes for who exactly?

Brick hands and feet Lacy?
Malik couldn’t get separation last night. You wanted Denbrock to scheme a deep route and get picked by a high safety because Malik couldn’t get open?
BTJ dropped his long ball.

It’s almost like BK has a history of horrible QB play… DeShone Kizer?

You're right that redzone play calling was lit.

Nuss has 3 years to play, develop, and improve his skill set. The 5th year senior isn't getting any better.

JD is a 5th year Sr. His name WAS in the Heisman candidate talks. He had a quality opponent to showcase his talent. Unfortunately for LSU, he did exactly that. How many pass attempts went past 15 yards? How many underthrows? How many runs after just looking at his first option?

You defend JD, and pray he'll improve. It isn't happening. Yet you dont think Nuss can improve, make better decisions, etc. I'll take the sportscar, and trust the driver and crew chief will get us to the winners circle more times than not.

Both players and denbrock’s fault.

Maybe that super star offensive line we have sucks and couldn’t run block for a guy to 2 yards into the end zone.

The problem w JD is that the playbook is limited to what he can sort of do. That’s why you see the remedial comebacks, 7 yd outs, and inaccurate throws to the flat. They don’t trust him to make accurate passes on slants, digs, or posts to the middle of the field. The game plan for JD is hope he hits on those comebacks, run the zone read, and hope he takes off and runs every now and then. The only hard thing to defend is his scrambling ability.

And JD could be too, but similar careers. At least Kizer threw down field.

The play calling was fine when he had Desmond Ridder.

Over 10k passing yard and 2 k rushing yards

You gotta call plays to the strength of your QB

IMO, the offense is tailored specifically for Jayden's skill set. That's the direction CBK wants to go. And that's not to say a play call here or there couldn't be better.
