Maybe they are old enough to have seen plenty of baseball seasons and know that teams usually improve and aren’t judged off of the first conference series on the road.

The objective of sports is to WIN period! It’s not to raise revenue, to build character, or to enhance sportsmanship! Anybody that loses and laughs is a dumbass! You play to WIN; noone ask “who lost”!

Don’t you know that teams are incapable of developing throughout a season? The OP obviously does. He has brought so much insight to us today. He should be lauded and held in the highest esteem.

Nobody is laughing about losing. We are laughing at the clowns that show up like clockwork EVERY YEAR the first time things don’t go LSU’s way. They make it so painfully obvious that they have never watched an entire season of baseball and have no clue how it works. They are football fans that think just because you lose one game, your season is over. That’s not it.
Yall go right on ahead and keep losing your minds over this weekend. It was a really bad weekend, no denying that, but anyone that understands how baseball season works, knows that it’s not how you play in March that matters.

Anybody remember the melt down when we blew a big lead on sunday against state last year at home and lost the series? How did that turn out? It’s one weekend chill TF out. Is it distirbing that our pitchers had about a 9 era this weekend. Yes but I don’t expect that to continue. We have too many talented arms. The only question is with our brutal schedule do we dig too deep a hole before they get it right. Remember last year our bullpen sucked but was lights when it mattered.
