Can any of you stat gurus find out how many delay of game penalties we have had this year? Has to be a record!

can we somehow add in illegal substitution penalties in there too? that has to be a record for the two combined as well.

You guys are on to something. The problem didn't start last night. There has been disorganization on offense all year. Jefferson imploring the sidelines to get him plays over and over again. Shepard and other backs not knowing where to line up. The countless times they look stupid standing there waiting on the play to come in. Illegal substitutions, delays of game, time outs to try to get organized. It has been happening all year. Last night was when it hurt the most, but it was a factor in the Florida and Bama losses too.

You would think the offense would have those elementary aspects of the game ironed out by now. Its November for crying out loud.

Oh, I dont think that this lack of organization has just been this year. But, last night, did you guys see Keiland Willams walking up to the line and telling them stuff before the snap? I dont know if I have ever seen a RB do that at the same time the QB is doing it.

You would think so. I don't see Crowton surviving this, do you?

Well, in that situation (a timeout on the sideline), whose responsibility is it to make sure the players are all on the same page? Crowten is up in the press box. I dont know the right answer, just wondering.

That is a good question. Bottom line, the time management buck stops at Miles. But I think we have a system issue with the offense. The system has broken down. I don't know if they are just trying to do too much or what, but it ain't working. Crowton was the one calling the passes on the last series when we should have been running the damn ball.
