He is all or nothing it seems. I like his ability to hit long balls but he needs to adjust his game when only one is on board but especially Zero on board

You know he hit like a hundred singles against Bama right?

Nobody has an approach on this team it's not just Deichman. Watch a Kramer Robertson at bat it's mind blowing that he hits for the avg he does. The only guy on the team that even has some idea of how to really hit is Duplantis and it wasn't learned at LSU.

Why don't you self appointed experts go talk to Deichman and Robertson and tell them. By the way, when did you play college ball

Who doesn't? Other than opposing fans.

What do you suggest he do differently? By all means, give your suggestion.

I don't understand some "fans."

You've never had a single at bat playing any kind of competitive baseball. And if you did you weren't any good at it to begin with.

That shite you just typed proves it.

You seem to have all the answers, so what should change? Realistically. At this point.

Keep in mind, this thread is about Deichmann, not Mainieri.

Look I'm not saying I don't believe in him or he isn't a fantastic player. He is and I know that. Just think he swings for the wall when we just need a hit.

The kid hit one of the longest balls in LSU history, about to make more money than any of you ever dreamed of making and you're going to knock his "approach?"

You're just as lame as this thread.

If you'd paid any attention to my post I've actually complemented the players noting that even with no approach they produce. So in fact my comment was about CPM and how our hitters arnt taught how to hit.

Again you're so quick to attack someone you don't even know what you're reading.

I'm with you, man.

Not sure what the solution is but at this point, this is what we have, I guess.

Really? Hmmmm

Doesn't sound very complimentary to me. You said Duplantis was the only one worth anything.

Deichmann is one of the best fielders and our major power threat, I can't follow why some want to find something wrong with what he does in his game play.
