We seemed to have made the proper adjustments last night in the second half to battle their pass attack. My beef is why was this not our game plan from the get go. Troy threw the ball what 70 times? It appears that they were a pass first spread team. Did the coaches not watch any tape on these guys?

I agree. I worry about our preparation skills.

Troy got out of the up tempto offense, trying to use a little more clock, I guess.

Tigers did a great job against the offense they faced in the second half, but not necessarily against the same one they faced before halftime.

Fingers are crossed.

Yeah, I hope the Nutt don't learn too much from the film. I'm concerned about that one.

You're right. And it's the only reason we had time to win. 70+ passes.

What defensive scheme? Has anyone noticed we are giving up points like a slot machine. Miles decision to not replace Pelini shows how ineffective a coach he really is. I hope he has the sense to make changes next year but I am not optimistic.

The SEC is not an on the job training for DC's. Clearly these guys have no clue and are lost with Pelini. Add to that an inept QB and you have LSU record with talented players everywhere. It drives me crazy to listen to Les talk about his young and inexperienced players when AL has 13 true freshmen receiving signicant playing time. (I am not a Saban lover)

Les doesn't have to be a good coach if he surrounds himself with talented people. LSU should have the very best coaches at every position

It's coaching LES!

Moosesand, you do better when you don't post. Stick with your 1 post per 6 months and don't come back until May 2009. Goodbye.
