I have Xfinity and when I go to the SEC+ app, it says it’s unavailable. I go to my phone or iPad and it lets me watch it on Xfinity app. Can stream to my tv but it is a pain in the arse

I've never once had a problem watching or finding SECN+ games since they started doing them.
It's really not hard at all to figure out.
