talked to a buddy on the team today and he said hes around 240 right now but also said they want to continue to put some serious weight on him....not sure how much stock i put into that tho seeing as though Sam is a speed rusher

Just curious, wtf is Loston doing in this pic? If he's tackling the dummy, isnt his head on the wrong side and he's hitting it with his chest and face rather than his shoulder?
Im sure its just a funny photo angle, or mid whatever.... Loston will be a stud for us.

Loston there is doing a pass rush drill... When ur rushing outside the otackle, u want to get ur lead arm, in this case his right, up and extended out to make a play on the qb's throwing arm... He's showing solid technique right there
