Wish he would have scored on that 4th and 1 where he busted it for 30 or 40 yards.

I think TDP would shine if you put his present self back on that 2019 squad. He would be a force with guys like that around him. So much of a player’s success is simply timing.

It was huge but if Max could hit open receivers with any sort of consistency, we win despite that fumble.

I said it before and I’ll say it again, before he leaves LSU he’ll be a low first round pick.

On his last big run, he slowed down to grip the ball to make sure he didn’t fumble again.

It was the right thing to do and gave the offense a chance.

But man that run almost won us the game

he can’t hit the broadside of a barn much less a receiver running a route

FIFY

He had better numbers lastnight than Fournette did in his CAREER against Bama. TDP wasn’t scared.

Uh yeah look at how many times TDP was i formation aswell...playcalling was a big reason that hampered Buga against them

Just using LF7 for comparison. A hundred yard game out of the "goat" once in three seasons would have helped a lot. He had 79, 31 and 35 yds. his Fr., So. and Jr years respectively. 2.54 yds/carry. Goat.

Exactly. It took TDP a while to get going this year but he has been solid!
