He looked ok walking off the field. But yes, we have to see

I thought he looked a bit dazed. Hated the comment by the announcers about him walking off with a towel on his head.

If he passes whatever tests LSU has regarding this type of injury then he should play. 9-3 is a good year for this team considering the state of this defense. If we can go 10-3 with a bowl win then you build on that as a program. Of course, finding a DC you can turn over that side of the ball to is priority one.

Big problem here is that concussive effects are cumulative. One concussive event increases susceptibility for another significantly…. even at significantly lower impact levels, especially if one is not allowed to recover 100%. And even then, even lower intensity impact levels are more likely to result in a concussion. So, with that being said, one never REALLY completely recovers from a concussion. With JD’s style of play, which depends probably 60% on his ability and desire to run with the ball, it doesn’t bode well for his future as a pro unless he significantly revises his style of play.

It's 2013 all over again. We have one of the best offenses we've ever had with future NFL players at the skill positions. But we have no defense.

And the Bama game in Tuscaloosa was close until it wasn't, and they knocked our QB out, maybe for the rest of the season.

2013. History repeats itself.

The worst part of the play was Turner beat our so-called best OL in Campbell - easily!

Nobody will know that. Schools aren’t required to submit their process to the NCAA.

Looks like they have it publicly available here

If Daniel’s is cleared, he will play. He is a competitor and isn’t gonna sit unless he’s made to by doctors. I’m hoping he is not seriously injured and makes a full and quick recovery.

first of all you put to much into college football. secondly, you should want Daniels to sit back and enjoy life until he gets a big paycheck, rides the pine for the NFL for a year or two, and then settles into a normal life bc he is never gonna be a real NFL qb. he's perfect for college but the exact opposite of NFL.

This clown notwithstanding, looks like it could go either way for JD5 next week. Nuss v. Florida feels iffy, but he showed for Ga. last year.

Why?
This season means nothing, compared to Daniels' health.

Didn’t you see the game? He has a concussion and won’t play next week.

It hasn't been determined that he has a concussion as of last night. Kelly said they needed to do some testing to see if he does. Just because he is in the protocol doesn't mean for sure he has a concussion.
