Dan Patrick Show hour two, 36.55 minute mark, Bob in Ohio asked Dan Patrick what will it mean for Leonard Fournette after losing JD Moore, his talented blocking full back. Apparently fans way north of the SEC are interested in what Fournette does this season. Amazing fan interests.

Moore was out early in the game.. and we proceeded to put up our best offensive effort rushing and passing of the year..

Those announcers made a huge deal about it.. but LSU still runs well. Colin Jeter made a nice block on his long TD run.

were awful. They made it seem like LF7 would be done for the rest of the day and it was the only reason we started playing Guice and DW. It was hard to listen to that game.

100% true. Didn't Stampley get hurt early in '11, only to have Copeland step in and absolutely wreck shite?

I have a feeling Bob cares because he is an Ezekiel Elliott fan.

Yeah they weren't great. Fournette was called to go back in but he wanted the other guys to play. He was a little nicked up, too. The fullback thing won't be an issue. Moore it's the best on the team, but we'll be fine.

True. However it takes a certain tougher than usual mentality to play that position and Moore is one of the best I've seen at LSU. Hopefully the MRI this week will be negative and he won't be out for long.

Yes Moore is good when healthy, no doubt. Hopefully Williams and Mouton can step up. I don't think Ducre and Upchurch are at that level, looking at who has played.

Suddenly the only player Ohio st has that's playing great on offense is their starting running back, all three of their QB's suck.

If you're going to look at the big picture about losing JD Moore and how it affects run blocking, also consider that the 300lb TE is supposed to be making his return this week. Jeter has been really good but Gordon is easily the best run blocking TE on the team.

Yep, and we are the only team in the world with 4/5 fullbacks. Moore is really good, don't get me wrong. I think we have guys who can manage.

Moore started for a reason, but LSU is all about the beef. There is a guy that will be in front of LF7.

I have not seen anything to make me believe in all that announcer analyst crap about LF not being as good or productive without Moore. That is horse crap, they have been running a lot out more formations than just the I.

Yes they were awful and they did make it hard to listen. They acted as though LF7 should just go home. Seriously??

I agree, with JD hurt this could be an advantage we have running out of different formations. Defenses do not have a lot on film to prepare for. One guy does not make a running game. We have the best oL in the country we will be even more effective by giving defenses different looks

FB has been the least of my concerns since Miles has been here. Always a solid position
