these guys are just completely delusional.

"if lsu wins they will need to blow the cajuns out"

"its a bad time to get into a slump hitting like lsu is in"

on and on and on.

ETA: ULL would be ecstatic to be in one of our hitting slumps

A Lafayette station being positive about ULL's chances? I'm shocked.

Facing Alex Lange Saturday, I'm sure the Cajuns will be spraying the ball all over the place, maybe beat us by 10 !

Ironic, my son moves on campus tomorrow at ULL, he thinks I'm gonna be a Cajun fan now, Lol. Naive kids !

So either we blow them out or we lose?

I don't really like that station, but I think y'all are being a little too sensitive.

The closer it gets to game time, the more optimistic their fans get, fans on this site do the same thing when LSU plays Alabama in football for example.

They hit under .200 in the UH regional

So either we blow them out or we lose?

My thoughts exactly. Scoring one more run than your opponent looks the same in the W/L column as scoring 10 more runs. Silly.

I think what they were saying is that if you don't blow us out and let UL stick around, they will find a way to win down the stretch like they did in the Houston regional. Just use a little common sense, its not that hard to figure out.

Just a hunch

But did the Cajuns really find a way to win, or did UH and Rice completely forget how to throw a strike? 5 ninth inning runs on two hits is not necessarily "finding a way to win", that's a gift wrapped with a bow tie on top.
