It’s been before that.
He’s probably frustrated from that stretch where they quit pitching to him.
Now they’re starting to pitch to him again and he’s coming up empty.

If I ever had faith in any position player, it’s Crews.

That’s a really good point.

Catching one in the dome can make you hesitate just a fraction, which is enough to throw you into a major slump.

Crews issue is a slump. Nothing less and nothing more. Actually the additional factor is he was so freaking red hot now slumping looks way worse than it actually is.

I think it’s just a slump. Friday night I saw him starting to press at the plate. First time he’s done that all year. Was trying to do too much. Which I believe signals that he’s in a slump and he knows it. Kid is a freak show but he is….. human.

Question I had was you have a batter w Crews skill set. Has a 3-0 count so you know this kid is going w a sure fastball trying to get that strike.

Why is he taking there?
