Cowboy Stadium Tour

Has anyone ever toured cowboy stadium? The VIP tour is sold out and I wasn't sure if the self guided is worth it....any thoughts?

You see alot more on the VIP as far as press box, suites, and club areas.
To be on the field, locker rooms, and media room, the self guided tour is fine. If you have kids (age 4-70) bring a football.

I took the VIP tour two weeks ago. It was pretty cool. Saw all of the boxes including Jerry Jones sweet and they tell you about the stadium. Not sure about the self-guided tour. You get to see a lot though.
