To get to 2000 yards:

Fournette needs 1136 yards

With an SECCG appearance he needs to average 126.2 yards/game (down from 138 last week)

without the extra game he'll need 142 ypg (down from 153 last week)

To break the single season SEC rushing record (1891 yards - Herschel Walker '82):

Fournette needs 1028 yards

With an seccg appearance, that is 114.2 yards per game

Without it's 128.5 ypg

He needs 13 TDs to break the single season TD record (23 Tre Mason '13 and Tim Tebow'07).

Bowl game stats now count as well, so if he plays in every game he'll only need the 126.2. Making the SECCG and possibly the extra game of the playoffs would again lessen the avg. he needs to maintain. I believe that barring something unforeseen LF, will reach 2000 yards in the 11-game regular season. That would break Walker's record in the same number of games(since Herschel's record doesn't include his bowl game stats)

No. There are 7 remaining regular season games. plus maybe the SEC championship, and definitely a bowl game.

there are definitely 8 games remaining, maybe 9 and a long shot at 10.

I calculated for 8 or 9 games. There's no point in speculating about making the playoff and winning the first game.

It'll be fun to track. Hopefully a subject that will remain positive throughout.

Stickied or not, I will update weekly. Last weeks got anchored, so I started a new one.
