Could we bring Les back as an honorary coach for the Citrus Bowl?

Of course, I'm joking, but I would love to see the interaction between him and Petrino. As you may recall, the last game between the two was the infamous "F%^& you, mother f%^&*er" game. I loved Les' "WOW!" after he goes out to shake Petrino's hand after the game.

I loved that game. Arkansas was No. 3 with their only loss to that point to that great Alabama team. They jumped out to a 14-0 lead with the Ford fumble and return for a TD. Then we proceeded to outscore them 41-10 from that point forward, with Honey Badger taking over the game singlehandedly in the second quarter. One of the greatest individual performances in LSU history, followed by another one of the greatest individual performances in LSU history in the title game against UGA. Another game where we spotted them a 10-0 lead, then went on to outscore them 42-0.

Precisely why the Honey Badger was more deserving of the Heisman that season than fricking system QB RG III.

Not to mention he had game changing plays against Oregon and West Virginia that year too.

Yep. No doubt in my mind he was the most outstanding player in college football that season. I THOUGHT that was who the award was meant for.

Yep. Honey Badger single-handedly changed the course of both the Arkansas and Georgia games that year. I'm not saying we don't win without him, but he was the spark plug.

If he had come back in 2012, we win the national championship that year, in my opinion. He was what the team needed - super talented, but often played flat. Finished 10-2 with close losses to Alabama and Florida and then the debacle of a bowl game against Clemson to finish 10-3. That was a championship-caliber team that we don't talk about enough.

It would be kind of funny if LSU hired Les as a "consultant" (like Alabama does) just to troll Petrino.

His official title should be "Lip-Reading Coordinator"
