successfully in the SEC with Paul Johnson as coach and your running backs being Scott, Williams, Murphy or Holliday with Jefferson or Shep at Quarterback and Lafell as your single WR? Just a thought as I am watching the pregame show.

Kinda hard to run the triple option when 3 of those guys are injured but it does work in NCAA 10

Success= better than we are doing now. I know the guys are injured. I meant when we were at full strength for a full season.

Takes too much discipline. Which is why a Miles coached team couldn't run it. Besides if it was successful they would switch to the spread because they don't like to go with what works.

I agree with the lack of discipline but I forgot to mention we run it with a different coach.

It would get blown up in the SEC.

Think of it this way-
The worst defense in the SEC last year, with more than a week to prepare, held Ga. Tech to 3 points in their bowl game.

We can't even run the option now. Let alone triple option.

My goodness, why ask that question? Did you see how we run the basic option? How in the hell can we run the triple option? We pass better sideways than forward and we have a terrible OL...NO WE CANT !!!

New OC with RS @ QB, then yes we can. But with LM, GC, and GStud, NO WAY JOSE'

Our offensive line cant run a toss play, a run up the middle, or the regular option...I'm not seeing it here Lloyd

Considering three of those players were seniors, no.

LSU is not an option team.
