Without those errors, I think this game could've been much different.

but having the worst approach at the plate in the history of baseball for 2 consecutive games didn't help either.

The players just weren't playing loose after that. They were tight and anxious at the plate. This loss will sting for a while for players, coaches, fans, etc...
