It has to be frustrating when someone inside your athletic department (Bo)if feeding info to a former coach (Dale) so a media member (Vitale) can cut your legs out.

"X's and O's": John Tudor used to tell the story of how they would spend an entire practice on the last play of the game offense. Then, it comes down to the last shot to win /not lose the game, Brown would call everybody into a circle in the huddle, everybody grasps hands & Brown rattling off one of his favorite quotes, preacher -like, and the team would break the huddle with no idea what play to run. Remember, it was Dale who lost a game when LSU had a one point lead, one second on the clock & had the ball, under the other team's basket. His player, not knowing the rule, threw a long pass out of bounds, thinking the clock would run out with ball in the air. Ball back under the basket, other team's ball, jump pass at the free throw line, jump shot at the buzzer,LSU loses.
